Over the last few weeks, we have been receiving complaints that these ID holders are breaking after only being used for a short time. Some customers are able to use their card holder for many months without issue, and others only a few days. We didn’t have this problem in previous years, but our latest batch seems to have weaker material than previous batches.

For this reason, these ID card holders will be discontinued and sold below cost price. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOU PURCHASE A DISCONTINUED CARD HOLDER. However, if you paid full price for a card holder over the last few months and it has since broken, please contact us for a refund.

We are working with our manufacturer to find a new card holder that is significantly more durable. These are expected to launch in March 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding 💗

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders (both standard and express) within 3-5 business days. We do not offer rush orders. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received.

Blushery offers free shipping within Australia on all orders over $50, and free shipping overseas on orders over $100AUD.

IMPORTANT: If you are purchasing a small item and shipping is only $3.00 (only available on 1-2 small items), it is UNTRACKED shipping. Please upgrade at checkout to have your package tracked, or upgraded to express.
