We need 3-5 business days to handmake, pack and ship orders. Upgrading to express shipping does not mean that we send your order out faster. We ship all orders in the order that they are received.

AUS orders: If you select standard tracked shipping ($10.60), your order will take 1-2 weeks to ship and you will have a tracking number emailed to you (you might find this in your junk folder). You also have the option to upgrade to EXPRESS shipping, which is 2-4 business days.

Please remember that our processing time is 3-5 business days, and shipping time is added on top of the the processing time. For example: If you place an express order, it will be shipped in 3-5 business days AND Australia Post will deliver your order in 2-4 business days. We are not responsible for Australia Post delays and any complaints about shipping time should be taken up with them.

Overseas Orders: International orders take 3-6 weeks to ship. We use Australia Post and all international orders come with a tracking number.
