Charger Cord Tassel Instructions

THIS IS NOT A POWER BANK!

Your charging tassel does not store power. It is a charging cable that must be connected to a power source to charge your device.

Your tassel includes 3 connectors:

  • USB-A (standard USB)
  • USB-C
  • Lightning (Apple)

HOW TO CHARGE:

  1. Plug the USB-A connector into a wall charger, computer or USB charging port.
  2. Choose either the USB-C or Lightning connector to plug into your device (phone, laptop, headphones, anything).
  3. Leave the remaining connector unused.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only charge ONE device at a time. It is intended for one connector to remain unused while charging.

Key Organiser Instructions

Some trial and error is required to get your keys nice and snug on the key organiser. Try these tips:

Use the extenders to add more keys if necessary. The plastic spacers go between the keys to ensure that the keys are as tight as possible. A spacer is not required between every single key, but using as many as possible will make your keys more secure. Use a screwdriver to tighten the head of the screw, and periodically check the tightness as the screw may loosen with time. The keyring and belt clip are optional.

Lanyard Care & Cleaning

Deluxe Fabric & Crossbody Lanyards:

For longevity, we recommend handwashing your lanyard in warm, soapy water, avoiding the vegan leather pieces and metal clasp.

However, occasionally throwing your entire lanyard in the washing machine (NOT the dryer), has only minimal impact on the lifespan of your lanyard. So go ahead, if it needs it!

Scrunchie and Paracord Lanyards:

As above

Vegan Leather Lanyards:

These lanyards are slightly higher maintenance. They do not take kindly to being scrunched up and treated roughly. These elegant faux-leather lanyards are similar to a thin leather belt - the more they are bent and stretched, the weaker the material becomes.

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Hang up when not in use. And try to avoid playing with the metal letters if you have them. This will cause tarnishing and weakening of the leather.

Beaded Lanyards (discontinued):

Spot clean with a damp cloth. The wooden beads will soak up oil from your skin and may become darker over time. Other beads such as pearls, heishi beads, and playful kids beads are made for kids craft projects. They are not designed to have a long lifespan. Treat these beads carefully and avoid touching and cleaning as much as possible.

My lanyard feels scratchy on my neck

We chose to make our lanyards exactly the same on both sides, so you can flip those seams UP so they don't irritate your neck! Yes, the seams are more visible, but we have found that this is the perfect solution for the few people who do not like the feel of the material :)
