Whether you're spoiling yourself or gifting someone special, here's the lowdown on how your Blushery goodies make their way from our hands to yours — with love and care every step of the way 💝


Processing Time

All orders — standard or express — are handed over to Australia Post within 3–5 business days.
We’re a busy little online boutique with a constant stream of sparkle to send out, and we do not offer rush orders. Orders are packed and shipped in the exact order they come in — no skipping the queue! 💅


🏡 Local Pickup

From 2021–2023, we offered local pickup from our Brisbane store. We've since moved back to a home-based setup, and for safety reasons, local pickup is no longer available. Thank you for understanding our need to keep things secure and cozy! 🏠💕


📦 Shipping Costs

Blushery uses flat-rate shipping — nice and simple!

  • Within Australia: $10.60
  • International: $21.00 AUD
  • FREE shipping for orders over:
    • $50 AUD (within Australia)
    • $100 AUD (international)

💌 $3 Shipping? Yep, We’re That Generous!

For select tiny but mighty items, we offer $3 untracked shipping — because we love giving you great value wherever we can! 🎁 This option is only available for 2–3 small items that we’re confident can travel safely in a padded envelope.


If your order includes something a little more delicate (or bulky) that needs the protection of a box, we’ll automatically upgrade your shipping to our flat-rate tracked option — $10.60.

💔 Damaged in Transit? Oh no!

If something arrives damaged, don’t panic — we’ve got you.


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brooklyn@blusheryaustralia.com, and include:

  • A photo of the damaged product and the packaging
  • Please hold onto everything until we advise next steps (we’ll let you know if a refund or replacement is coming your way)

We want you to love what you receive — always!

💕 Blushery Returns & Exchanges Policy 💌

We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’ve had a change of heart, here's how we can help:


🌸 Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges due to change of mind — we’re cool like that — as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Just pop us an email at brooklyn@blusheryaustralia.com and we’ll walk you through it.

After 7 days, we assume you love your goodies and want to keep them forever! 😘 That means we can’t offer a refund, exchange, or replacement past that point — so please get in touch quickly if you’re not 100% happy.


🚫 A Few Exceptions (Sorry, no take-backs!)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised items (made just for you!)
  • Sale items (already a steal!)
    These are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged, no matter what.

📦 Sending It Back

  • You’ll need to cover the return postage — we wish we could do it all, but we’re still a little biz!
  • If you're exchanging something, you’ll also need to cover the shipping for the new item to come out to you.

💰 Refund Details

  • We’ll refund the cost of the item only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping (over $50), your refund will be $10.60 less to help cover what we paid to send it your way (yep, “free shipping” still costs us every time 😅).

Items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused
  • In original packaging

🛠️ Faulty Items & Product Warranty

We stand behind our handmade goodies, so if something's gone wrong — we’ve got you!


Our Promise:

  • For small items (under $15): Free replacement if it breaks within 6 months
  • For larger items (over $15): Free replacement if it breaks within 1 year

“Breakage” means: something gave way because of a fault in the item.
Doesn’t include: being dropped, crushed, melted in a hot car (yes, it happens!), or jumbled at the bottom of a chaotic handbag 😅


😬 Did We Mess Up?

If we made an error — wrong item, missing item, or a little oops during the handmade process — we're on it.

Email us within 7 days at brooklyn@blusheryaustralia.com and we’ll send the correct item with love (and postage on us!). We may include a return envelope so you can send the wrong item back — super easy!
