Shipping & Returns Policies

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders, whether you select standard or express shipping, are handed over to Australia Post within 3-5 business days. As a busy online store, we consistently have a large queue of orders to work through every week and we do NOT offer rush orders. We work our way down the list in the order that they come in.

LOCAL PICKUP:

Pick up is available for our local Brisbane/Ipswich customers. If your order is under $75, you can select "local pickup" at checkout. If your order is over $75, the price remains the same whether you are picking up or having your order shipped.

Please be aware if you choose local pickup and you are unable to collect, we will advise the correct postal amount and once we have received this we will send your goods to you.

SHIPPING:

Blushery offers free shipping within Australia on all orders over $75, and free shipping overseas on orders over $100AUD.

IMPORTANT: If you are purchasing a small item and shipping is only $2.40, it is UNTRACKED shipping. Please upgrade to have your package tracked.

If you choose to have your delivery left at the door or another safe location then you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for the loss of your purchases through the Courier Company or Australia Post. Blushery Liability is limited to preparing your order and pass it onto a third party for shipping . We are not liable for damages which occur during shipping.

Shipping transit times can vary depending on location and time of year. In the event your items are damaged in transit please notify us immediately. A photo of the packaging and the damaged goods will be required. We ask that you do not dispose of any product before consulting with us. We then will determine whether a refund or replacement of goods will take place.

Please note we have a 7 day refund policy for damaged goods.

You will receive consignment details once your goods have been collected. You will be able to track your parcel.

RETURNS:

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.

Certain items CANNOT be refunded due to "change of mind": Custom orders (personalised to you). Earrings, due to health and safety guidelines. Whether the earrings were worn or not, once the earrings are in a customers hands, we cannot take them back or sell them to another customer.

If you want to return your item due to "change of mind", the item must be shipped back to Blushery at your expense. Once returned to us, we will refund the price of the item, but not the original shipping fee. For example, if you paid for a $30 item + $9 shipping, we will refund you $30 once we receive the item back in original condition. If your order was over $75 and you received FREE shipping, your refund will be $9 LESS THAN the order amount, to cover the shipping fee that we paid to Australia Post ("free shipping" in only free for the customer, but it costs Blushery $9 every single time, no matter what the order value is!)

PRODUCT WARRANTEE: 

If your small items (under $15) breaks within 6 months, we will replace it for free.

If your larger items (over $15) breaks within 1 year, we will replace it for free.

"Breakage" refers to a faulty part or a weak spot in the item. Dropping the item, crushing it under a heavy weight, or keeping the item loose at the bottom of a bag voids the warrantee. Polymer clay in particular is not a HARD plastic and needs to be treated very gently to avoid damage. 

 Items handmade by yourself (created with a DIY kit or in a Brisbane workshop) are not covered by warrantee.
